I went to Imperia Nails salon and showed a picture of the nails I wanted. I was told the price would be £45, but after the nails were done, I was asked to pay £52. This increase was not explained beforehand. I have added photos so others can see the result and decide for themselves whether this is worth £52. Clear pricing should be discussed before starting the service
my nails always turn out so beautifully here, even if i just get a basic french tip. decided to be more abstract for my taste and Alex KILLED IT!! they look so gorgeous, exactly what i asked for, and the service was impeccable the whole time. i think i was asked maybe three times if i wanted a drink - just so attentive!! forever grateful and forever recommend.
I do my nails monthly ar this salon and I’m always absolutely happy with the results. Not just my nails are always looking amazing, but the atmosphere is very friendly and fun.
Had a walk-in appointment for acrylics and gel. Got in straight away. The receptionist was lovely and made me a cup of tea. Great choice of colours and glitters. My nail tech was brilliant and all the guys & girls in there are really friendly. Lovely space, very comfortable. Nails done perfectly, I’m so happy. Would definitely recommend.
Really lovely service and a clean salon. They provided hot and cold beverages and offer a wide range of colour and design choices. However, I paid for builder in a bottle. When applying it was as thin as as gel top coat. I questioned this and was told it was builder. Unfortunately most nails came out okay but I have 3 nails that are so thin and bendy and are worse after a shower etc. I'm disabled and have to plan ahead for appointments. I will be going back to give them a chance to rectify it. The nails themselves look beautiful just have no strength.

So rude when you have any issues with your nails. I’ve had to have two sets redone because of the people doing them were trainee’s. And they ended up giving me an infection which they said was just due to having a set redone. I was told by the hospital to remove them immediately. And they refused to refund me even after causing burns on my skin and infection from dirty tools or products. I’ve had some great nails from here but the customer service and hygiene is a red flag. It’s sad because some of the nails they do look amazing I just can’t justify paying to be treated badly. I know of many people who have has similar experiences but there doesn’t seem to be any reviews reflecting this. They didn’t have a “no refunds policy” and when I threatened to forward my proof to the citizens advice they then added a no refund policy and I have it’s timed and dated to prove it was added after the fact. I still haven’t had a refund for the set that caused an infection. They need to realise people work extremely hard for their money and should be treated with respect and be taken serious. If I’m paying £45 for a plain set. I expect them to be at least presentable. I’m not picky by any means. I just don’t like being disrespected when paying for a service. What happened to the customer is always right. If I’m not happy with them. Then I’m not happy with them. If they are on my nails it’s my opinion of them that matter
