   Not very impressed with hairstyles this time. Last time i was really happy that is why i wanted to go back but it wasn’t same as last time. I asked for layered style but it isn’t what I asked for. Unfortunately very disappointed

   Used fairly frequently especially when back in Wales always happy with the service, however today I was left very disappointed to say the least when I asked whether it would be possible to use a gift voucher that was purchased for me that unfortunately expired less than 2 weeks ago, I explained that I was called back to London for work commitments and was told because they are so busy they wouldn’t honour it ..I think sometimes one needs to reflect back on what and whom made them lucky enough to be so busy in the first place! ..Loyalty to your clients goes a long way, “sadly negative comments like this also stays with them “
