   My nails were broken within 2 days of getting them done, and i was charged extra whilst my friend got acrylics and was charged a lower price. horrible experience

   Went in asking for a simple gel manicure, was told I had to get acrylics because it was easier for the lady to do. Wasn’t given a choice of shape and when I asked for more glitter in the design she said no. When I left I saw the design was patchy and that my nails were uneven at at angles. When I went back to ask them to fix them three people were shouting to each other in another language about me and my friend as she had the same problem thinking we weren’t going to know it was about us. We know this because they repeatedly said the words glitter and chrome. I was told next time I shouldn’t be ‘mistaken’ about which nails I wanted when in reality they refused to do what I asked for. The colours were the only good part about the nails but the nails and varnish are so thin that when light is behind them you can see through the BLACK ones. Wouldn’t even give this one star.

   Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Made me bleed twice whilst filing my nails. Both staff were incredibly rude and made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Asked for gels and they used the wrong nail colour as well as painting the gel over my skin and cuticles. Do not go here!

   WORST SALON IN COVENTRY AWFUL EXPERIENCE - This has to be the worst nail salon in Coventry. All they care about is taking your money. On two occasions I have left with nails that I wasn't very happy with. From the wrong length to the complete wrong colour. The shop owner Peter is very rude when you want to request a specific nail treatment. Doesn't handle complaints. After having acetone all over my skin/hands after removing nail extensions they didn't even give me the option to wash it off my hands. Also they use toe clippers to cut cuticles! Everything is dirty. Trading standards should investigate and perhaps close this place down.

   This place should not be allowed to operate! I went for Shellac nails which chipped after 4 days. When I went in to complain about my chipped nails I was asked to pay for either removal or getting shellac again. The nail technician used a ELECTRIC NAIL FILE to physically SCRAPE OFF the 'shellac.' My nails have not recovered since - the upper layer is still growing back after it was forcibly removed. Will be filing a report with trading standards.
