   Terrible service, was told by the young boy that my nails were too short for a French manicure, so I said I would just have one colour, after making faces & talking in his own language he then decided to do a French manicure!! He was very rude & at the end when I said, there you are it was possible to have a French manicure, he rolled his eyes & said not beautiful. After 3 weeks or so, when the nails had chipped & grown, I tried taking them off & most of my nail came off with them, leaving my nails like paper underneath. Definitely would not recommend them.

   I first had my nails done, they were lovely, but the second time my nails are disgusting trying to peel the gel off where needed it was taking my whole nail off underneath that was like tissue. I wouldn't recommend at all. I am so disappointed

   Highly recommend this nail salon! I have been coming to crystal nails for many years and have always been greeted with friendly staff who are willing to pamper you and do exactly what you want. The products used are high quality and always last! All staff make you feel welcome and they respect all their customers. If you want a pamper and to enjoy the company of genuine, friendly, not pushy staff, this is the place to come! All customers are loyal to crystal nails because they get a service they are extremely happy with. Well worth popping in, even if it’s for advice!

   First visit here, very welcoming and friendly. Had a French manicure on my own nails, one had a small split but that wasn't a problem. Split was fixed and is still strong 2 weeks later. Really pleased with the result and how long it's lasted. I will need to go and have it removed as my nails are growing and now there is a small gap . Would recommend .

   Wowie! My friend and I popped in here last minute. What an experience. A lovely family, friendly atmosphere and quality service. Lily was especially fantastic. She did a gorgeous job on my nails and was so kind to offer tea and coffee. Cannot say enough about this place. Will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much!!

   Where do I start, the service was absolutely amazing! I had a lovely gentleman who was really gentle and very talented. The boss is the most loveliest woman I have met. It was beautiful to see her rapport between all her clients and the service she provides. I have come out a very happy customer and will definitely be returning! Even if I do live quite far away ❤️❤️
