   Told a cheap price over the phone for timber. Didn't believe it but came over anyways. Asked again the price on sight and was confirmed. Got it; loaded up the truck. Went to pay. Oh and suddenly it's £100 more.... Forgot to mention that's without the VAT on it. Absolutely misleading on purpose.
