   Made an appointment for yesterday. She was there and I was only told when another member or staff called her. Made another appointment for this morning. Standing here buzzing intercom for 5 mins so far with no response. Another staff member answers after 10 mins and told me she wasn’t there but if often late. Waited 25 mins before leaving. Phone number is disconnected too. Don’t bother

   I had a nail appointment booked for 6pm today. I booked online and was given an automated reply with a booking ref so i thought everything would be fine. I buzzed the intercom and after about 5 minutes was greeted by a lady who was friendly but just seemed a bit confused why i was there in the first place. I walked half an hour just to be told the nail lady isn’t in for some reason and to call her number. I didn’t call her as i was clearly told she wasn’t there and i needed my nails done for today. Fair enough if she wasn’t in and i was told before hand but the fact that i walked half an hour there and back with absolutely no indication my appointment was cancelled is not okay. I wouldn’t recommend

   Awful, avoid at all costs!!! What a waste of money and disappointing experience. First of all my appointment was cancel on the morning of, due to her having an operation. Fair enough, if it was unplanned however that was not the case as it was abroad and planned in advance so she should’ve let me know sooner. I know this from overhearing her talking to her friends whilst doing my lashes. Very unprofessional. Lashes didn’t even lift one bit, she told me they’d ‘ping’ the next day and if they don’t to get back in touch to arrange another appointment. It was too hard work trying to arrange the appointment with her going back and forth so I gave up in the end. Wasted my time and money for nothing but stinging eyes. Edit: since I left this review, she has found me on Facebook and called me a pathetic little child… also worth noting I wasn’t going on holiday, she didn’t say she needed 3 weeks off and if she did I would’ve been completely understanding. It’s not that my lashes weren’t lifted enough, they weren’t lifted at all! I was the one who messaged to say they weren’t lifted and tried to arrange a different date but she kept messing me around so I gave up trying. Cannot stress how unprofessional and rude she is!

   Becky is expertly experienced, and has a calm authority about her which is very reassuring. She has many years experience, and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. The HD Brow treatment is my favourite as you really can have Hollywood style eyebrows suited to just your face shape. I also love Holiday lashes as a real confidence boost. Becky is lovely and is full of great advice. I will definitely be booking again soon!
