The best salon I’ve ever been to. Feels like you’re in your best friend’s lounge. A complete safe space. Always leave with exactly what I’ve asked for, great consultation and understanding. Bolt is amazing. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
Lovely staff, greeted as soon as I walked through the door to enquiry about a patch test to have my hair done. Shelly done my patch test then popped back in a few days later to have a hair treatment done by Chloe and then a few weeks later I went back to have my hair done and I loved it! I am booked in again. Loved the treatment there and how lovely they are!
I went to Bolt after an awful experience at another hairdressers, who coloured it badly, cut it terrible and ruined my condition. I booked my consultation with Shell who went through all the issues with me offering advice and taking a strand of hair to test along with my patch test. Day of appointment, Shell went back through everything explaining why we were doing things and advising what was best to help get my hair back to a good condition. I had a colour/tint and cut and it looks amazing, feels so soft and Shell has restored my faith in hairdressers. I absolutely love my hair again! Also a shout out to Chloe who makes lush coffee and was very friendly. Already booked my next appointment!
Both myself and my daughter have had our hair cut by Shell & Chloe, always a fantastic job, and everyone in the salon is always friendly and welcoming ✨️
Booked a consultation for a baleyage/highlights. Told them what I wanted on phone before appointment, all seemed fine. Arrived at appointment the next day to be told they have no appointments until December for what I wanted... They didn't even look like they knew what they were doing! Don't bother! Awful service I'd go ANYWHERE else
