   Bought a bun from your bread department this evening, had a bite and found a female long dark hair inside, its really made me feel sick and put me off. How can it be possible when you should have personal protection when dealing with food like that. I have taken a photo and shared to family and friends on my Facebook account.

   Beer shelves ALWAYS empty at the Keighley store ! obviously the manager doesn't like beer. Seriously why is there never ever a decent selection of beers on the shelves. When I go to Pudsey Morrisons the beer shelves are always full !

   Excellent service from a really kind lady on the till this afternoon. I was feeling a bit dizzy whilst waiting at the tills and she was so kind giving me a few sugar sweets to pep me up. Thank you for your concern I really appreciated it. Sorry I didn’t get your name. In general the staff are all lovely but a special shout out to this particular lady.

   Have come in 4pm on a Friday. Shelves on Chicken shop and Pie Shop are pretty much empty. I know Keighley is a deprived area but some of us do still work for a living and do our shopping when we finish. Went to wines and spirits to buy a gift for someone, the selection is substandard. Tried to leave empty handed and basically the place is set up to hold you hostage only allowing you to leave if you buy something. I'll stick to Sainsbury's.

   This is the supermarket we like for our fresh food and cakes. Lovely clean place with friendly staff, all you would need and a little more, prices have allwayz been what they say on the shelf not like other supermarkets in the area, I would recommend this morrisons to anyone.    Favourite supermarket! Recently renovated and looks grear and wide range to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the fishmongers, I am a regular there. I have to mention one of the staff members at the fishmongers did an outstanding job descaling, cleaning and cutting a whole salmon I bought. I didn't catch his name hia but he was of African background. I tried calling to say thank you for go the extra mile but couldn't get through. This really saved me time in the kitchen and was very much appreciated. I wish the rest of the team can be this attentive and thorough.

   I'm not usually a lover of keighley morrisons found it a not so friendly place or helpful to those with a disability this visit I'd come back from Leeds and missed the last bus home. With it being Christmas morrisons was open until midnight so I went. Staff helped me find things I couldn't find, chatted about dogs lol when my taxi came and I couldn't shut the door due to only having the use of one hand one of the staff was outside and came and closed it what a difference and a pleasant change so 5 stars this time
