I’ve been coming to Charlie’s nails for the last 10 years. They do amazing nails and are always very friendly. Amazing customer service. They can also do any photo inspirations you find on Pinterest.
Under new ownership and has the best experience ever, my nails look incredible no pain and no cuts!!! after having terrible experiences at To Nail Spa. I will definitely be revisiting regularly on a Sunday. Thank you I have been having my nails done for over 25 years and this set is by far the best to date. Thank you Albert x
Just had my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Absolutely shocking.Half of my left eyebrow has been taken off completely and I have black smudges over both eyebrows. When pointed this out the woman said it wasn't her fault! Don't ever go here for your eyebrows!
AWFUL! We were told the wait was 20 mins and waited for an hour. Terrible job as well. Unwilling to do designs in anything other than gel. Asked for a pedicure and didn’t even sit in the chairs to get it done. Will not be returning. 100 percent accurate.
Nice clean tidy salon . Lady was very nice , pleasantly surprised at my acrylic nails , as some of the reviews are a bit harsh I think. Overall very pleased and shall return. As an ex nail technician myself I would say all correct procedures were followed and would rate 9 out of 10 .
Got my acrylic nail extensions done here in September and after having them removed I could see that my nails were left dented and fragile. They look repulsive now. It’s taken ages for them to grow back to normal (thank god that they have) and the dents evidently show that the way they treat nails at this salon is extremely poor. Nails shouldn’t look like this after having extensions if they are done properly! Please be careful!
Upon arrving the salon was quiet a gentleman started by taking my gel polish off and then a lady took over the cut and shape which i would normally have everytime i get my nails done which is monthly basis i choose to use this salon as it was local to me and very convenient. The lady appiled the gel polish and when she finished i looked at my nails and thought omgod i can do better i dont like complaining but i didnt want to leave with nails like that so i said to her and she said she can redo them a different colour. I took her upon this offer thinking maybe it was the gel colour she used so i picked another colour and started again. Upon her finishing this time i felt that embrassed i couldny complain again i payed and left. No one should walk out of somewhere you go to make something look good and be embarrassed about your nails and where your going to go and get them done again! I will not be returning as my nails have never looked so bad.
Very quick and too quality. Gel polish outlasts the length of my nails growing back. Would recommend. However, even if you book you can sometimes find yourself waiting. Try and go at quiet times. Fridays are always busy.
