   Ordered a lawnmower at 2.45pm and it was dropped off at 7.30am next morning for free ! Great service Blaby branch ! Never had such a quick delivery ever ! Update ! : the mower was delivered with a broken wheel ! Customer services told me to take it to branch who refused to give a refund! Snooty woman on phone was very unhelpful ! I’ve closed my account and will use toolstation from now on ! Blaby branch will be closing down soon I think !

   Very easy to get to new store, ample free parking, the usual indispensable Screwfix, open 7/7, was open on Good Friday. Really must mention the crew, smiling, helpful, ask you as soon as you enter the store if you need assistance, always ask if you're being served. Visited twice in two days of this Easter weekend already as working on a project, both times really pleasant visits with perfect customer service.
