   Very very disappointed. Went in with a pic of what I wanted, came out after 4 hours with nothing like. All of which cost me £110. The most upsetting thing was. No one apart from the trainee who did my hair seemed to care!!

   I had my hair trimmed to get rid of dead ends. An amazing hair dresser. So thoughtful and kind. Also when I walked into the building I got greeted kindly and the seats were so comfortable, and also it was so thoughtful for Twist to put on the tables about donating hair to the little princess trust. I would definitely rate this hairdressing place a 5star!!!!! Thank you so much.

   absolutely amazing cut and service when Cheryl was my stylist. however she has left and i was phoned to say Cheryl ill can they book me in with new stylist. not a problem. however i got covid and had to cancel appointment with Joanne. after i recovered i tried to rearrange my appointment with Joanne. young lady who answered phoned was very cagey about Joanne's availability and said that she wood call me back and never did, absolutely shocking customer service, have taken my custom elsewhere
