   First time going here today, was really nervous as old place was not great, but as soon as I came in all the ladies were so lovely and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and I love the haircut I left with. Will definitely be back, thank you ❤️

   I would like to thank Jess for the professional way that she dealt with small fire in upstairs room. She made sure everyone was out safely and had them all stand by Ridgeway Pub, far away enough away from the salon for their safety. She even went back in and checked salon both upstairs and down, to make sure everyone was outside, even though boiler upstairs and all flammable items upstairs and downstairs could have blown at any time. Sharon (salon owner) you should be proud of this member of staff. Thank you Jess and staff. Well done. Firemen weren’t bad either!!

   Been to Classy Cutz a few times now and the last twice had my hair done by Re. On her advice, I had my hair highlighted today to lighten the overal look and I love it, its so subtle but exactly what I wanted. The service is good, always tea, coffee and today cupcakes as they celebrate 30 years in business. Prices are really reasonable and always somewhere to park , not always the case in town. I also want to mention that Re was cutting the hair of a young boy inbetween waiting for my colour and the young boy was very nervous and Re was so calm and patient with him, she really took the time to gain his trust and talk him round. Many salons just wouldn't be bothered to take the time. Also great haiwash/head massage by Maddy! I cant recommend this salon enough!
