   I went for a shaggy haircut ( as a wavy hair girl) and I left unsatisfied, so i went back the next day and Carly booked me another appointment to try and fix it (for free) and I got exactly what I wanted! Don’t be afraid to go back if you’re not satisfied, she is very understanding:)

   Gracie listened to what I wanted and helped me to clarify what I said using pictures. Then she cut whilst asking me where to take more and getting me to check as she went by feeling with my fingers. It was wonderful to get such a personalised cut. Thanks Gracie, I am very happy.

   Had a very relaxing experience at Michelle Marshall Salon. The salon in Wyndham Arcade (just a short walk from Cardiff Central Train Station) is spotless and nicely decorated, while the girls are all very friendly and welcoming. Carly was really caring and professional. A top class salon which I can highly recommend!

   Carly was excellent in walking me through every step of the way, she was very kind and attentive to me all day while colouring my hair. Within 5 minute of leaving the salon I’d already had several members of the general public complimenting my hair! Amazing work couldn’t be happier :)

   I got my hair done today by Molly and she was genuinely the most informative person and so professional! I was offered tea and coffee throughout the hours i was there and all the staff were incredibly lovely! This is the only time I have ever bought products from a salon and that’s definitely due to how informative everyone who works there is rather than begging you to buy products! Thank you!!

   I loved getting my hair done here, was a lovely experience from start to finish! Felt instantly comfortable as soon as I entered, was warmly greeted, offered a cup of tea and was taken to a private room upstairs (which I had requested as I wear a headscarf/hijab). I had a wash, cut and style by Molly - she was amazing, really took the time to understand what I wanted done, she explained everything she was doing at each stage and checked with me through each stage that it is what I was happy with - she also suggested a slight change in what I wanted as it would suit my hair type more, which was much appreciated. Molly took her time with the wash, cut and style and it felt like a real pamper session and wasn't rushed at all. A great experience and I will recommend to others and be back again! :)

   Another visit where I left feeling thoroughly satisfied, pampered and happy after my hair appointment. A lovely warm welcome from Molly, followed by a consultation with Hannah who really listened to what I wanted with my hair. Not just from this visit but a plan going forward. It was lovely to chat with Georgia and Megan too and Megan ensured I was left with no colour stain on my forehead! Hannah treated me like a princess. I was not myself going in but really feel I left glowing. Thank you all so much, 5 star service and look forward to seeing you again soon, xx
