Experience is always super brilliant, colour by Leon is out of this world, he gets it bang on every time.. he really is an artiste! Cut my Nicola amazing too. These two really do know their stuff and I trust them implicitly. All the staff are super friendly and is such a great place to go to have your hair done and feel special
Walked in early after making an online booking to have my hair washed, treatment and blow dry. Was offered a hot drink and was able to get a charger for my phone. After travelling in a Motorhome for two weeks, having my hair done was such a treat. I loved every minute of it.
I had an appointment today with sky ! what a wonderful experience ! Sky made me feel so at ease and was very friendly and polite . She made sure she kept me updated on what she was doing and despite having extremely thin hair and being very self conscious sky made me feel like a new woman ! My hair feels and looks so much healthier and I am looking forward too booking back in with her .
Nicola has been my go to hairdresser for years. I have tight curls and she not only does a fabulous cut, but she’s a great stylist too! I’d highly recommend Nicola and Toni and Guy in general for their expertise!
I'm so pleased with my hair now. To me going to the hairdressers is the same as a trip to the dentist. I recommend getting your hair done here. I was so nervous but I was made to feel so relaxed and well advised. I really didn't know what direction to go with my hair but after a simple consultation followed by a appointment the following day I finally don't feel like shaving my hair off. I'm looking forward to booking my next appointment.
Not worth the money charged at all.... There is no change to my hair after a keratin treatment , its still fizzy.The hair color is so fantastic that i have to tell my people i have colored my hair ...no visible change. All this wasnt told during consutation., which is a waste of time and fuel
Horrible service damaged my hair. They put the wrong color and had to strip it out which damaged my hair pretty bad. Then overcharge me with hair style that she didn’t do well and when I complained he just said she is not a professional stylist!! Not a great experience for a big name like tony and guy should be. The manager wasn’t even their to hear me!
Do NOT go here- staff have a vile attitude towards customers! Never have I ever been spoken to by hairdressers with such contempt. I was en route to my appointment for a wash and blow dry, but there was a considerable amount of traffic (owing to it being rush hour, Friday and Xmas shopping!) I then phoned the salon to notify them of this and apologised, as I was going to be later than booked. They said this was no issue. I then turned up to my appointment and they refused to serve me at all because I was more than 20 minutes late- (I was 25 minutes late for reference). I told the manager that this is because I was stuck in heavy traffic and that I did phone ahead and he said “well it’s not my responsibility to make you on time for things I’m afraid” in the most condescending tone. He didn’t even offer me another appointment and said that my stylist has left and that they won’t be fulfilling my appointment. I’ve been going to Toni & Guy for the past 8 years in the various places around the country that I’ve lived and I have never experienced this level of disrespect. Staff were very unprofessional and made me feel like I was nothing but a bit of dirt on their shoe. I left there in tears and will never return to a Toni & Guy again.
Morgan and Leon totally worked their magic on my hair today. I'm thrilled with my new cut and colour. Many thanks guys, I'm so happy and will be back soon.
