   I was in dire need of a pod kit since I broke mine so I rang up and spoke to a lovely woman who suggested a suitable kit which would further improve my vaping experience.    Disgraceful service. After purchasing my e cig I was not helped at all in regards to set up so went back and was just fobbed off. Never going back there again rip off merchants. Went across the rd to another e cig shop smkd and the gentleman sorted it out for me even though I didn't purchase the item from his store.

   First time ever and was totally out of my depth. Was met with the best customer service from a lady called Ashi...thanks to her, she sold me a quality product which was fully explained to me beforehand and is an assett to the Co... I gave up smokin on that day after 35yrs and not smoked since. She set the whole kit up for me and didnt rush me to buy. Furthermore, her aftersales service is 100%...no matter how many times ive called into the shop for help, shes helped me unconditionally. This lady deserves promotion and/or a pay rise ...
