   I was very disappointed with Yard guy. He has been very rude. He need to learn some respect how to talk to the people. It's does mean that if I am in your yard and you talk any how. This is not customer service.

   I'm not a professional, and usually only buy a bit of wood or the odd small plumbing part, even so the staff are friendly and helpfull, the prices are very reasonable. Great place for much of your building or diy needs.

   Had a delivery. Was told by the yardmaster to see people in the shop. People in tge shop too bust because of short staff couldn't even deal with me. Told to go and see someone in the yard. Back out in the yard again and told they will try and see to me. Sure, I am not a customer, I am just a driver trying to make a delivery. Travis Perkins, Jewsons, Wicked, they are all the same. All sites.

   We have been using this TP yard as are main builders merchant for a while now, always a laugh talking to the yard lads and the staff inside the main shop, there is plenty of stock and most items that are not or have sold out can be ordered for the next day. Also do a delivery service but at the moment they only have one driver! Could do with another large delivery wagon!
