Absolutely dreadful company. Bought a waste disposal unit which turned out wouldn't fit the sink. We are in the process of moving to an island and this resulted in us being outside their 14 day returns policy! They do not make you aware of the 14 days when your buying from them. Lesson learned now read company reviews and stick to well known companies NOT COWBOYS LIKE QS Supplies!

I strongly advise you not to buy anything from this company as they take your money but feel under no obligation to send what you have paid for, appearing instead to hope youβll just forget. I bought a Roper Rhodes Hampton 700x420 mirror on line from QS supplies in mid-November. Payment of Β£124.97 was accepted but 3 weeks later the mirror still hadnβt arrived. I called to ask why and, after being kept on hold for some minutes, was told in an offhand manner that no one was available to explain and I would just have to wait for an email. When the email arrived it said the item had been discontinued but was no longer available β but no refund was offered. Further emails from me were required before a refund eventually materialised. I also pointed out that the item was still advertised for sale on the QS website and was told it would be taken down. Two days later it is still there (although the price has been reduced). I wonder how many more people have had their money accepted by QS in exchange for non-existent merchandise.

If I could leave no stars I would. I bought a shower tray with the waste at the wrong corner. I phoned and was told that I could not return it as the generic plastic wrap packaging had been opened. I did not realise that this is not true and bought a replacement shower tray and plumbing kit from them. I found out later when I phoned "Which" legal advice that they had misled me as to my consumer rights - the distance retailer MUST refund you if the packaging is open as long as this does not affect the saleability of the item and if it is still in the condition that you received it, which it is. I discovered that they had not delivered the plumbing kit with my replacement tray but a Bristan shower and a bath waste which I had not ordered. I told them that I had been sent two items and could they pick up the Crosswater shower tray along with the Bristan items. They said they could if I paid Β£30 including vat. I asked if they could waive this out of goodwill (they have their own van) but they refused. What offended me most was that they refused to refund the plumbing kit until they received their Bristan Shower and waste. I told them I would report them to Trading Standards for this illegal course of action. They apologised profusely and said they had processed the refund which would take 2-3 days to come through. Unfortunately instead of seeing the light today they insisted that they would not pick up the Crosswater tray at all but I that I would have to return the tray myself. They breach distance selling rules by saying that if the packaging is opened they will not give any refund at all. Although they have obstructed a reasonable process of the return of the three items, they have the temerity to email me today saying:" It is mandatory to return the items within 7 days of this email for us to accept this as return. ........ "Upon receipt of the goods, we would require approximately 5 to 7 working days to process the refund. Please note, during busier times, refunds may take longer to process" In the digital age it is strange to state that it takes a week at the minimum to process a return. I am not going to engage with this disgraceful company until I have spoken to my legal insurance as there is clearly the danger that I will end up sending them the perfectly saleable shower tray and getting no refund at all. I am extremely busy and have wasted a lot of time on this awful company. I asked to speak to a manager but was told that there was not one and I have to correspond by email. Just ghastly. I'd rather pay full price and engage with a company with courteous and ethical trade practises. There are plenty of good companies out there with good customer service and good prices that I would trust. QS Supplies is most definitely not one of those.

Bought multiple vanity units upon using bathrooms 1 unit has swelled up and cracks appearing in it Nuie Classique although it has a allegedly 5yr guarantee theres nothing they can do because They!say ive not wiped down that unit after use but my other 2 are also in bathrooms and treated the same but are OK and for there information we wipe down all our units. unit failed within 1st week of using So if you want delayed delivery and not up to standard products this is the place to go to. Then will blame the manufacturer's for not honouring the guarantee and resolving the issue!

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! I recently arranged for a customer to purchase a shower enclosure, which didnβt fit. I requested a return and sent the item back to their return centre, but heard nothing regarding a refund. When I followed up, they claimed they hadnβt received the item. I contacted the delivery service, who provided a photo showing the item being handed over to the return centre. After pressing them for a refund, they suddenly claimed the item was damaged. Theyβve taken Β£300 from me, plus delivery costs and theyβve kept the item. Absolutely furious. Donβt be fooled by the low prices.

great choice of products at competitive prices. We shopped around for a compact sit-bath and found this good quality cast iron enamelled bath cheaper than acrylic alternative. Carriage was free and delivery was both fast and efficient, with the delivery person offering great advice.

This company banked my funds, then one week later on the day I expected delivery of my goods, I called them to be told I need to provide a 6 digit reference from my bank.. My bank explained that the funds had already gone from my account and been deposited with QS Supplies account and really they are as a method to prolong the order as they had received the funds already. As the funds had been deposited in there account already. I was then told by Qs supplies that I would be made aware of my delivery date via email yesterday (later the same day) but nothingβ¦ real poor quality drop ship companyβ¦. Not a company I would use again regardless of price the service is one of the worst Iβve ever received from a supplier.

Ordering was easy and straightforward and communication was fine. The only problem I had with communication was that we had an e-mail to let us know that delivery would be the next day but we were away and it was too late to change the date. Ideally 2 days notice would be good then there would be time to change it if needed. The delivery drivers were polite and helpful. The products are currently still in the packaging but everything looks good. Thank you

i bought a vanity unit from QS supplies the unit itself seems fine, but the communication is absolutely appaling. i only received the order confirmation email after that nothing. chased them up for a week to find out and kept getting told they'll contact me. then i call up and they tell me it will be delivered today but cant provide a time slot or a tracking number. Then they just left the unit outside my house and left. really need to improve your communication with the customer.

Complete fraudsters - avoid!!!!! Used them few times and spent over 3k until last time. Order was completed within 5 months!!!!! But far from good, incorect special made order item label was removed from the box and put hand written item number from order (I assumed it is OK for non stock item). Qssupplies refused to correct order which put me back Β£200 and six weeks without toilet. EDIT: Case reported to TRADING STANDARDS Clearly breaking Consumer Rights Act 2015 they must replace item EDIT: Finally got refund from QS, don't get fooled by them when they refuse refund or replacement. You are protected up to 6 years with faulty or not as described items for replacement and refund in 30 days from purchase. Contact CITIZEN ADVICE and they will help you!
