    Tried to purchase small amount of rough sawn oak but after getting quote i was told minimum order of £300 and it had to be delivered, why could i not pay over the phone and collect at pre arranged time like other companies are doing, come on guys we all going through the same times.

    Arrived at 7.40am after a long drive (they open at 8.00am). The Leicester trade counter guy (Adrian) was absolutely great, even showing me the backroom kitchen so I could grab a much needed coffee. The loading guy was just as helpful. Great staff! Just a bit of niceness goes a long way.
