   Feedback from my husband regarding the excellent service provided by Baker & Soars: I have had two occasions in the recent past where I have enquired of Baker & Soars about spares for my domestic shower mixer valve. The first time in September, to obtain a replacement diverter cartridge to remedy a dripping shower head, and again in October to enquire whether they had a thermo cartridge for the same shower valve. Firstly, I was very impressed that they carried the required parts. My shower was installed some 12-13 years ago and the manufacturer of the valve is no longer in business, so could not be contacted to ask about spares. Secondly, they responded to my online enquiry very promptly: quoted a price, raised an invoice and posted the item the same day after receiving my BACS payment. A big thank you for the excellent service from Baker & Soars in the form of "MARK" - with email instructions on how to fit the diverter cartridge, and an invitation to contact him by phone to help me with the second, slightly more complicated, replacement thermo cartridge. Both jobs successfully done. Superb service. Very highly recommended! NEIL JEFFERIS.

   Brilliant service from start to finish. We were struggling to find a specific tap part and this was the only place that had it in stock. The gentleman who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and explained exactly how it worked. You can tell he really knows his stuff — a proper plumbing merchant. Super helpful and friendly too.    I cannot recommend Baker & Boars enough. Zara was amazing info finding us a suitable shower mixer tap when the when we wanted had been discontinued. She could have just told us it was no longer available but she didn't, she went out of her way to find us something similar. She emailed all the information and photos with excellent communication all the way through. The product arrived in good time and was well packaged. Zara even bothered to check it was ok after delivery. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

   Excellent service again today. I have been a customer here for the last 6 -7 years and have never been anything other than completely satisfied. Traditional old school trade counter ( not many of them about now sadly ) with knowledgeable and friendly staff , great after sales service too. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   We embarked on an ambitious project to create an en-suite (2.4m x 80cm) in a bedroom. Together with our plumber, we agreed on our design, and then, at the plumber's recommendation, we arranged a visit with Amar at the showroom. We made a couple of visits to confirm choices, and Amar was always very helpful and accommodating. There was a lot of choice in the showroom, but as there was a particular toilet that we wanted, he arranged to order that in for us. I think that our plumber works regularly with Baker and Soars, and the delivery of goods appeared well organised. We had a couple of issues with damaged goods, and items that were not the correct ones, but this was soon sorted - and within a week the en-suite was ready to use. We are very happy with the service that was provided!!
