   Booked in my hair appointment for my birthday. Had confirmation from the salon only to be greeted by 2 rude men refusing service. I asked why this appointment was no longer available to go to another salon. Do not recommend.

   Popped in to see if they could do a cut and blow dry. A customer hadn't turned up so was offered the time. Marina cut my hair just as I wanted it. I've lived in Cardiff all my life, why have I never found this salon before? The first time in 40 years that I haven't got home and redone my hair because it wasn't right. So pleased with the service and Marina was excellent.

   I've scheduled a walk-in session for hair highlighting (first time) and I had to perform a skin test which was totally fine. They informed me they will call back soon to reschedule after the skin test but haven't received a call after 2 days now. Plus, a wasted train journey. Very unprofessional!

   Really good experience! Was nervous as I’d had my hair cut at the same place for 10 years. Called to get some price information and book a appointment that I needed quick, literally was able to get one for 15 mins after the call! The man who cut my hair was friendly and even though I was just having a trim really took his time and did a good job

   Good prices for a inner-city haircut. I always book ahead in case there's a rush on in town (which does happen from time to time), but there's always a welcoming atmosphere here. The owner and the staff are always friendly and polite, willing to have a bit of chat and laugh as you're getting your mop washed and chopped, though you can also sit back and listen to radio 1 over the airwaves.
