    I got my first highlights done at this place, and they looked great initially, but later they started turning a bit golden, which I didn’t like wasn’t match with my darker tone hair. I called them to see if I could get them done in a darker tone, and they were so accommodating! I got an appointment, and Lisa was my hairdresser. She really listened to what I wanted, helped me find the exact tone I was looking for, and made sure to do a test to see how it would turn out. The staff was super nice and patient throughout the process. In the end, my highlights came out amazing — exactly how I wanted! Highly recommend this salon.

    I dealt with a woman who did a very rushed job and a very bad cut plus she didn't stop talking. Louise has an issue with talking about other ppl in a slanderous and shocking way. I really don't need to hear made up stories when I'm having a hair cut. Plus, she bragged like she owned the best salon in Cardiff. Very disappointed in their conduct and attitude. Plus the cut was mediocre and I don't go for yellow highlights, I could have lifted it to a better colour myself. How is this place still open?

    The hairdresser did nothing but ridicule the dye job on the hair, pointing it out to other staff and customers, very rude behaviour.The cut itself was rushed and unprofessional, and so was the wash. Could have achieved better better results with a pair of rusty kitchen scissors at home. Not recommended! If the goal was to lose a customer, well done!

    Been going to b beautiful for several years. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Louise my hairdresser always tries something new cuts on my hair always looks to accentuate the best i can look. Love the cut and colour thankks louise.
