   Outstanding and fabulous service! Never been let down by the Enderby branch. We have been regular customers at Enderby EHSmith over the last 3 yrs since buying our Reno home nearby and have used EHSmith multiple times due to the fabulous Chris B. & Dawn! They have always sorted us out with anything we need from Cotswold stones to drains and small items like screws. If I ever need any diy items EHSmith is my first go to before I head to the traditional large orange diy store, prices are always very competitive.

   I've just been to collect some gravel and can highly recommend EH Smith in Enderby. All staff were polite and helpful, but a big shout out to Dawn and Wayne F. They were so lovely and helpful. Dawn went out of her way to provide all the information I needed to make the correct choice and Wayne's sense of humour and brilliant service would make me shop here again without hesitation!

   I find the staff at leicester branch to be most polite, helpful and patient, nothing is too much trouble for them, even though i am not a skilled tradesman they offer advise and encouragement in every diy task i wish to undertake, special thanks to Lea and Scott for all their help, they are a credit to the company!

   Went here to get slabs today. Russ on the counter was friendly and helpful. I took my ticket to the back yard Yella started expertly loading my trailer. Meanwhile I spotted some more slabs in the clearance area, slightly damaged. Russ sold them to me at an excellent rate, and Yella then had to completely rearrange my trailer to fit them on! This was done expertly, he even found me a saw and helped me cut down a pallet so they would all fit! These employees need a pay rise! Thank you, will certainly visit again.

   I received a delivery last week from the Enderby branch. The driver was excellent, he went over and above to ensure that the delivery was in the place I could best access it and his manner was pleasant and helpful. Please pass on my thanks to him and enter it on his personal record. Over several months I have had dealings with the Enderby branch, particularly with Jamie Who has been very patient and helpful in all my transactions with him, particularly as I knew very little about building works. I do know much more now! Again, can this please be placed on his personal record. Thank you.

   Delivered another load of bricks into Enderby this morning, 2nd load in 2 days, always a pleasure delivering here. Yard team work well, always efficient with a smile. Off loaded in less than ½ an hour seems to be the norm here. Yard is one of the tidiest, a credit to the team. I wish all merchants treated us drivers this well! Look forward to the next time.
