   We have just had our stairs, hallway & landing carpet fitted today. The time they took to finish and the end result couldn't be faulted at all, we are extremely happy with the carpet & the quality of the work. There was a few little things that were annoying but nothing major (to us anyway). .Communication is a bit lax, we were told a date for measurements and they never turned up so we had to chase & then they didn't turn up at the time on the day of installment and we had to again chase to see if they were still coming. .They were 30mins late which for us was ok but others who have booked say a morning off work could be annoying. .The don't remove rubbish themselves they filled our black bin, again nothing major just annoying. .They also chipped a lot of our gloss work that we had just painted the week prior, which again, nothing major we can touch up but just annoying.
