   Sadly having lived in Nailsea all my life I used Hullah’s as a well known family firm. The service I had was awful, they lost paper work, they found it, they lost it again … I had to chase Constantly and send my estate agent to their office numerous times to find out what was going on …. Sadly will use a larger more competent firm in future

   They get one star because we do now have a house but that’s where my praise for them ends. They were truly useless throughout the entire process, I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to look elsewhere. It is impossible to speak to anyone dealing with your case, no matter how hard you plead you will not get past the gatekeeping receptionists. Sure, they’ll look at your file but will only give you vague answers at best. Don’t even bother sending them an email complaining about inconsistencies cause they’ll only tell you you’re wrong and go back to ignoring you. You pay these people so much money for no customer service whatsoever, go elsewhere or regret it. Buying a home is stressful enough as it is without the people who are meant to be guiding you through the process being so unhelpful.

   I used MC Hullah after being recommended by two other people who had used their services in both sales and purchase of property. I would highly recommend MC Hullah to anyone requiring conveyancing services. Having used online services in the past and experiencing poor, slow and impersonal service it was a pleasure using MC Hullah’s services and being able to pop into the office and see someone face to face and locally. The sale went through incredibly quickly, at only 8 weeks from offer acceptance to completion and that was with a leasehold property which usually takes longer. MC Hullah kept me informed along the way with calls, emails or letters when information was required from me and promptly responded to any queries I had. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the fees were also very reasonable too, I would highly recommend to any of my friend/family.
