   I never write reviews, but I was so upset by my experience that I felt it was necessary to warn others. The prices were completely unreasonable and inconsistent for what they provide high-end salon prices with the quality of a cheap, dirty barbers. The shop was filthy: cut hair on the seats, dirty clippers left out it felt very unsanitary, and I was truly mortified by the haircut. This is by far the worst hair salon I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Do not go there. It is incredibly overpriced, and the service is extremely poor. Truly disgusting I wouldn’t even wish my worst enemy to get a haircut from this place.

   Anna is a marvel.I was in despair about my hair when I chanced upon her lovely salon in the arcade. She restyled my hair which was a disaster and falling out , due to cancer treatment. I am now sporting a gamine blonde highlighted crop, and feel much happier. She is lovely and friendly, and advises on keeping hair as healthy as possible. I loved my old hairdresser , but Anna encouraged me to embrace a new style rather than the wig I'd begun to wear. Thank you Anna

   Anna and Kyle(?) we're lovely to chat with but I felt scammed by Anna. My husband had a dry cut and I had my hair washed before cutting, and we paid 130 pounds--nowhere near the prices shown on their door/window pane! Had I known she was going to charge us 130, I would have gone to the next door salon.
