   I ordered 2 x 5ah makita batteries and was sent 2 x 2ah batteries but contacted Holywell easily on the mobile number online spoke to a very helpful chap who apologised and sent the right batteries out immediately which I received the next day. We all make mistakes but it's how we correct them that matters, first class service i would use again (chaps I do have the 2 batteries that need a return label)

   When there is a problem, hiding behind 'red tape', 'procedures' and unreturned calls is easy, That's what Amazon have done. Holywell Tools stepped up and owned the problem and Mick Day sorted the refund in minutes..... will buy directly from Holywell tools website next time. Thanks.

   Tried to purchase a Kärcher k2 pressure washer through their Amazon store with next day delivery, didn’t arrive next day at all. Owner seemingly couldn’t be bothered to ship my items on time and caused me to wait several days before I got a refund ended up buying one directly from Amazon instead of a person or small business.

   Purchased a Ryobi starter kit though Amazon. Pa kage arrived quickly - three tools, 2 batteries and NO CHARGER fir the batteries. No respons on the phone nor did I get a respose from email. Amazon say that because they are a 3rd parter seller they cant help. What a waste of over £240! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere

   Bought a drill from this company which was left by Yodel on my doorstep in a busy London street and was subsequently stolen (of course). So first of all they use substandard courier company. After this, Hollywell tools didn't answer calls, texts, whatsapps, emails or messages sent through ebay for help sorting it out. Didn't answer; didn't care. Eventually Yodel refunded the seller (as is their flawed procedure) after months of me chasing and Hollywell just kept the money, again not responding to any contact made. If you order from this company or use their services, you will receive no support or customer service (and probably no item). Just look at the other low reviews, see a pattern?! Reported to eBay, reported to Paypal. If you have similar experiences then report and eventually they will be barred from E-commerce sites like eBay and Amazon.

   sent the drill in a battered and tatty brown box, later to find out the drill is from a multi set! seller is oblivious as to why I was annoyed this wasn't stated in the advert/listing, and then to top it off the seller missed parts from the drill so I had to chase that also!!!

   Advertised 1 drill sent a completely different drill, an EU (not UK) model from 2001. Bosch confirmed these facts as seller never replied. Didn't respond to return request or emails notifying issue, so Amazon refunded! At this point seller has still to respond re returning wrong drill!
