Wanted some bird seed and the female assistant kindly went to the stockroom and fetched 2 massive bags back. They weigh a lot! Then we were having problems with the self checkout and a lovely lady assistant put all our purchases through for us. We had a laugh and a joke with her. I wish more shopping experiences were like this!”
