   The customer service and manager are a joke. I bought some handles and the spindles were missing, I took the part to the store and they said they can’t help as I don’t have original packaging, they then advised I buy some and return them straight away if they don’t fit. I opened the packaging in store and tried them but they were the wrong size, the manager then refused the return because the packaging had been opened despite her colleague telling me to do that. I asked for the complaints procedure and was told she is the manager and that is the procedure, nothing I can do. I’ve not had to buy another full handle so £70 for a £25 handle set…

   The design team here is not helpful at all. We were looking at some bathroom fixtures and asked two ladies at the design counter for a piece of paper to write some items down. Both just sitting there chatting away. One of them said “do you have a phone. Well you can take pictures of items then” thanks. Why are you even sitting here then. Just put a sign up saying use phones. This was on 4th Nov at 1630.

   It's Sunday morning so it was getting busy. The staff were busy and on point but unless you know what you want and have a good idea of which aisle it's on you'll be a while looking. Or find a busy member of staff.

   Went to b&q in wigston on Sat 27th Sept to look for some form of sheeting for my dog kennel and the staff was so helpful and friendly, especially Cara she went out of her to find a solution so my dog could be insulated over the winter months. She was very experienced and helpful in her suggestions which help me purchase the right equipment. Thank you Cara you're a real asset to B&Q.

   I found a member of staff who was very knowledgeable and helpful. What is more, he was very young, which is a surprise cos it's usually the older ones with expertise. This store is better than the city store by yards

   Fabulous staff help. They went way beyond the normal. A member of staff, on his day off, drove to another store and picked up a part I needed, because a door on my bathroom cabinet was damaged. So thankful for such dedication to the customer.
