   I would give zero stars if I could! Do not go near this place! This place is shameful! We had ordered from here previously and it took a while for products to come but they came, packaging was never very careful but we just shrugged at that. However we placed a really big order a while back around February, and the items never came. We tried calling, messaging, emailing multiple times and they refused to answer or help in the slightest. Eventually we had to go through the payment system it was bought with and even they tried contacting them and couldn’t get hold of them. Thankfully that system has given us a refund after months of trying to find out where our products are and get a refund from them. Other people have not been so lucky, a lot of people have been scammed out of their money, with nothing ever arriving. They then block and stop people from being able to contact them on social media. Awful, awful place.

   I stumbled across cc on social media while I was isolating and thought I’d give them a go. I ordered a box deal for £100 payable over 6 weeks. My order was dispatched promptly and arrived the next day. I have to be honest and say that I wasn’t expecting too much from the Queen range of juice but for the price I was willing to try. I got 14 shortfill of 100ml bottles and a pod mod. The pod is phenomenal and the juice is quite simply out of this world. My favourite being watermelon slush which tastes even better than watermelon chill. Out of 14 bottles there is only one that isn’t to my liking, personal preference, all the others are incredible. I’ve since ordered again and as before the delivery was quick and ordering was effortless. I’ll be ordering again and again. Thanks guys for doing such an awesome job.

   This company deserves more stars than i can give Not only are their prices unbelievable but ive never known a company suprise me by hand delivering my order at there own expense with a 90mile round trip when i didnt expect it, not once but several times now I had one minor hiccup with them that they rectified instantly and its been nothing less than a brilliant service. I bought a £250 Christmas box and it contained £340 of top shelf liquid, 6 devices and 2 pairs of batteries as you can see from my photo...ive always bought mystery boxes from this store because they are always extreme value for money, top quality and its so hard to choose what i want from their vast catalogue and this makes it easier Their own brand of liquids (Queens eliquids) that come in several ranges are amazing too

   Upon stumbling upon this company, I've never had any issues, they're a great company. Always able to get you majority of the things you request! It's fairly easy to find if you go to the shop and you'll be greeted by welcoming staff. There are a few admin team as well which are always happy to take your orders if you choose online so although on occasions there have been issues with online delays but it's pretty usual for it to get resolved when there are issue.
