   There are some really helpful colleagues in this store, always happy to help. But the lady behind the till, on this morning 02/09, every time I've shopped never even says hello, just continues chatting away to colleagues about how she can't get things done because of the amount of customers, which is fine if you're in the middle of a chat but at least say hello.

   I went in yesterday with my little girl to choose paint for her bedroom. We met Terry from the Hinckley store who was absolutely amazing, he couldn’t do more for us. What a gentleman he was. He had time, patience and fabulous customer service. Highly recommend. And thank you.

   Really helpful staff! Special mention to Callum who went out of his way to help us when we were searching for a specific wallpaper that we couldn't find! He checked everywhere and made sure he found what we needed! 10/10 service! Also mention to Louise who was helping as well, so lovely and trying to problem solve for us! Absolutely would recommend this store to anyone just for the friendly and helpful staff alone!

   Absolutely shocking that when presenting with limited upper body mobility and mobility issues - which I also verbally pointed out - being forced to use a self service till struggling to move heavier items around only for one of the many members of staff doing nothing having to come over to authorise a sale of paint. Now in a lot of pain. Online delivery for me every time now - won't be visiting again and have always had nothing but praise. Disgusting. Have complained via app contact.

   Compared to my local B&Q at Wigston this store was better stocked, better organised and had a much cleaner feel. Staff were so polite and helpful. I honestly didn't mind the extra distance for the items I required.

   Wonderful store with extremely helpful staff. I bought wall paper and forgot to check the batch codes, the lady on the check out saw I had 3 different batches. Thanks to her I was able to correct my error. I was also looking for some wall stencils, and a young employee working near the paints was able to direct me to the location. Great range of products. Well done B&Q.
