Won't be wasting my time with these guys again, unfortunately. On a positive note: the standard is very good, had a fair few good haircuts with them, staff is nice, tidy and professional. Unfortunately the last two appointments were both 30 and 35 minutes late respectively. The first one was followed-up by a phone call from the owner offering a discount for my next visit - well appreciated. Would have been great if on the next visit they hadn't been 35+ minutes late. (Also how can they be 35 minutes late at 10:00? I'd understand at the very end of the day). If you have time to waste, and don't mind wasting it in that area of Newport, go for it. If you're on a tight schedule, try to find somewhere else...

Outstanding barbers, these guys are on the ball. Great customer service and telephone manor. On entering their shop I was greeted which was very welcoming. While waiting for my consultation I was promptly offered a hot drink, which was very much appreciated as the weather wasn’t great. The decor is spacious immaculate and trendy. 10/10
