My grandsons absolutely love this place, nowhere as cheap and more fun to waste a few hours with your kids in Halifax. We've been coming for a couple of years now and they're still excited to visit. The games arcade is a huge draw for young boys, the fact that it is paid for in your entrance fee, if you want to use it, is a huge plus and you don't dread the outlay of other arcades. The entrance fee is cheaper if you don't want to go in the arcade. There is also no time limit on how long they can play for. The girls who work there are always smiley and helpful. The food is very reasonably priced and perfect for an easy lunch aimed at little people taste buds, you can also get a decent adult lunch, which is fresh and tasty. Above all, the coffee is good, tasty and hot. If you've not been, give it a go and the Parking is free . In fact the only downside is the car park, drive slowly, it's full of the biggest potholes you will ever see and swimming pool sized puddles .....

We attended The Little Movers session which was good however I didn't expect a work out. The room was small and very warm no windows to open. The food and drinks here are relatively good price and good quality. They cater for allegens such as coacliac adults menu not children but do give you a take out box so you can take the food home all at reason prices . The car park was large however the steps leading down to the mill were very slippery and full of wet leaves. They have limited parking outside the mill best come early to avoid havi g to walk down or on the road. The play gym was great they cater for all ages they have a sensory room a games room (which cost £7 for a waistband) a party room a massive trampoline and a small section for under twos. They also have swings rides and imaginary area lots of fun for all ages. Definitely recommend.

The Mill is perfect for 5–6 year olds! There’s plenty of space to climb, run, and explore, with activities that are just the right mix of fun and challenging. It feels really safe, the staff are friendly, and my child always leaves happy (and tired!). A brilliant place for kids to burn off energy.

A lovely place with a wide variety of sessions available. Many places only cater to children up to 5 or 6 years old, so it’s great that this one goes up to 11. It’s one of the few places where my children feel comfortable enough to play freely. There’s plenty of space, and the food is too good not to order!

Fantastic space for children and their parents - lots for them to do, suitable for a wide age range from babies right up to the end of primary school, and for children with diverse interests. It's a much quieter, calmer atmosphere than many playgyms, so is a nice place for parents to meet up with each other, good food and drinks and lots to keep the kids entertained while the grown ups catch up with each other. We even come in here sometimes for lunch without the kids for a sneaky Jacket potato! We recently had a birthday party for our 8 year old here and she and her friends had a great time, staff were exceptionally helpful. This is our go-to rainy day place to come and we'd highly recommend it.

Lovely girls working there. Good variety of play area and things to do with your baby. My 9 month enjoyed a lot. Bathrooms and baby changing needs a bit of attention. Cafe is good , halal chicken available. Had a tasty quiche! Some children music would make the place more lively . Entry is free for all year groups , you only pay for what you order at the cafe. Huge free parking area just opposite. No lifts for pram.

We attended The Mill for the first time yesterday, stumbled across it by accident whilst visiting Halifax from Leeds and so glad we did. My girls loved it and we spent more than 3 hours there (could have been longer if we didn't have to leave for reservations elsewhere!) We'll definitely be back.

Excellent for the young kids plenty of different things for them to do with around 8 or so different play areas. Food is good and reasonably priced,i had the burger and it was one of the best burgers I've eaten and less price than a McDonald's.

Great place to take the little one! Good price for entry especially with monthly pass. Food and drink is good on the whole and the staff are great; really friendly. One criticism is that it needs a good deep clean and then regular cleaning. My little one has the grubbiest hands and knees every time we go.
