   A thorough consultation was done before my appointment, where I felt really listened to and fully confident in Simon even before he touched my hair. Simon gave me exactly what I asked for - getting the tone spot on, which grew out very well and lasted ages. He is great with long hair, never cuts off too much and my hair has grown considerably since going to him. The salon looks great inside, always clean and a welcoming atmosphere. Two friends recommended Crave to me as their hair always looks great, and I would definitely recommend more friends and family to go there too.

   Wonderful new, luxurious hair salon. I have not gone to hair salons in many years and always did my own hair until I met Simon at Crave. For the first time, I feel listened to and walk away with gorgeous, styled and shiny hair. Joel at the Salon has also worked his magic and I can't wait for my next appointment where I will be braving a new hair colour. Simon and Joel are superb.    The salon has a calm, relaxing and inviting atmosphere, with staff that are professional, friendly, and welcoming. Refreshments offered and the added bonus of free parking in very close proximity to the salon too. I had my hair cut by Charlotte the salon apprentice, whilst being mentored by the salon owner Simon. Great experience all round and I was really happy with the end result.

   I’ve been to this beautiful new salon in Whitchurch twice since it opened in August and have been blown away on each visit. The salon itself is stunning - it’s warm and welcoming with tasteful and elegant decor that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed but also feels like you’re spoiling yourself. The attention to detail is spot on with lovely little touches throughout (love the bathroom tap lol) It’s in a great location - very easy to find and best of all there are plenty of parking spots outside. Simon is equally warm and welcoming and very attentive. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and has given me some great tips on how to manage my hair at home. I never really know what I want but he is able to envisage which style and colour will suit me so feel confident in leaving it to him and am always extremely happy with the results. The products that he uses are brilliant - the colour lasts so well and leaves my hair in great condition, I frequently get comments on how good it looks. I won’t be going anywhere else now this little gem has opened in my area and can highly recommend to anyone

   Absolutely love the new salon, so stylish and such a lovely atmosphere, perfect. Simon’s been my hairdresser for quite a while and I’m so happy I found him. He knows exactly what colour & style I like for my hair and always talks me through the entire process so I know exactly what to expect and I’m never disappointed, so looking forward to my next visit .
