   I had hair past my bottom before visiting Salon Artiste, wanted a butterfly cut and to keep as much length as possible. I didn't like the first cut, as it wasn't really like the photos I showed, it was clumpy and uneven. So I went back again to just have some of the weight taken out. Big mistake, I explained I didn't want hardly anymore length off, as the length was now above my bustline, just for it to be evened up and to not look so blunt. I showed the photos again. I shouldn't have gone back a second time, I really hate how my hair looks now. I have a fringe, which doesn't suit me at all, I basically look like I've got a mullet /wolf cut and I can't do anything to disguise it apart from putting it up in a bun all the time. Overall I'm really upset with how my hair looks now, especially after paying £55.

   I really love the attention to detail at this salon, they are so popular I've booked in with many of the staff over the last few years. I can't recommend the salon enough, lovely people, highly skilled and a pleasure to be there for a few hours. Such a wonderful vibe and the smell ... well it's just amazing, need to get that scent for home! And my hair ... It's never looked better!

   Sam was wonderful. I literally haven’t been to a hairdresser for several years. I took my huge carpet of my locks into the salon. An hour later, she had transformed my long carpet of hair into something quite astonishing. Thankyou x

   Had a superb haircut here! Booking the appointment was so easy via the website and the appointment was lovely. I received a pot of tea, complimentary head massage and really felt like Sam took the time to understand my hair needs and gave me a great haircut that suit my face and matched the pictures I showered her.
