   I have been using Angela's cutting crew salon for 10 years. Originally I came in because i had moved to the area and was attracted to the salon mainly because it had the same name as me. I soon found that not only did all of the ladies do a really good cut but i could also get a perm as well for a reasonable price. I have since moved out off the area but i still travel to Caerphilly to get my hair done. It took me a long time to find a good hairdressers and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.. thank you Tania Emma and Anne for always giving a good service..

   Absolutely terrible experience. I had booked my appointment a week in advance, but when I arrived, not even a hello or basic greeting. After waiting several minutes, one of them finally asked if I had an appointment. I confirmed, yet I was left sitting there for 35 minutes. To make it worse, when a friend of theirs showed up, they completely ignored me and served her instead. Rude, unprofessional, and extremely unpleasant. I will never come back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

   I had a lovely lady cut my hair this morning. First time using the salon and I was impressed with her curl cutting! My curls are sitting beautifully this afternoon and a fraction of the cost of some other local salons!

   Went yesterday after not having my haircut for many many years. It was incredibly long and thick and Sam was incredible! Helped me decide on a cut and gave me styling tips and very reasonabley priced. Will be back. Thankyou for restoring my confidence! ❤️

   Sam and the whole crew are friendly, makes you feel relaxed straight away.(it's horrible when you don't I'm sure some know what I mean), prices are very reasonable and their advice and a cuppa are freet. A haircut is always consistent and the prices are very competitive. Salon is lovely and feels comfy. I would not go anywhere else now. Also pensioner discount days. Not just a hairdressers.

   Hairdresser spent the whole time talking to her colleague about a Christmas party and did not pay attention to me as a customer. Before asking me how I wanted my fringe she brushed all my hair forwards, as if I wanted a full frount fringe whilst talking to her colleague destroying my parting in the process. You could clearly see my fringe was a side fringe and not a full front curtain bangs. Finally, she asked me how do you want my fringe after chatting to her colleague and still ended up with her cutting hair from the other side of my parting which shouldn't have been cut. Haircut was a decent price but please pay attention to your customers and ask questions instead of ignoring me and chatting to your colleague for the whole time as if I am not here.

   I was booked in for a practice run to have my hair curled and pinned up. For my daughters wedding. When I booked on the phone she Sounded good. Told me not to wash it. When i got there this morning. The girl I was booked in with. told me I don't know why she's booked you in with me I can't do it . I think its disgusting. . No apologies. I left. I'm still feeling very angry at the treatment of this grubby little salon.

   I've been going to this hairdressers since I was a child. The ladies are lovely there and they are always very welcoming. I've had my hair cut dyed and styled there for a variety of special occasions and just the routine trim.
