Ordered some ceder cladding ,I understand that you have to allow for 10% waste as its a natural product, but I have half my order unusable as the wood is so split , and for custemer service help over the phone , pointless . Avoid this company if your looking for good quality product...
What a great place. Popped in not having needed them for 15 years. Asked for 2 bits of timber of very specific sizes, quick as flash was taken out to the yard and bingo. I was barely there for ten minutes, got a bargain. Perfect as always. Thankyou.

Matt and the chaps in the office were great. I’ve got a vanity unit that doesn’t have a top (company were refusing to replace). The Avon guys gave me loads of options and even a free piece of MDF cut to size for the test fitting. I’m ordering a nice piece of oak for the replacement. Definitely can recommend AVON for their knowledge, price and friendliness.
