I had an issue with the booking so was late going into the area. Thd team were so understanding and made sure we had our hour. We had such a good time. Thank you so much. We will definitely return.
Great place for kids. The staff there are so friendly especially Lil who helped me during my visit at I had 4 kids including 2 toddlers. She was kind to the kids, talking and interacting with them. She was very helpful keeping an eye on them when one toddler would run off, would have been a difficult play time without her. Thanks Lil!
It was a wonderful place with lots to do. Very clean. I visited for a child’s party. The one thing that concerned me with the place was that the front door was often left open with no staff manning it. I was concerned that a child could wander out of the inflatables and go out of the front door onto the road! I ended up manning the door as children were running about next to the open door and I didn’t want to lose any of our party. It’s such a shame because the place itself is amazing. I do believe this is a huge safeguarding issue and needs consideration. I’m not doing this as a criticism but I wouldn’t want a child to wander outside and any unwanted visitors wander in from outside. I think the door should be locked and anyone entering should be checked by staff.
I’ve been coming here regularly for 5 years now. I’ve brought many kids here aged 5-12 & they’ve all enjoyed it and burnt off lots of calories and energy. I’ve found the staff here always really good and helpful. Some have been here for 4 years like Mya are excellent as is Zara. The new manager is a real stand up guy too. Kids are well supervised and it’s well maintained and safe. The pricing is in line with other options and drinks and snacks are more reasonable than some places. I enjoy the coffee. Parking is easy and the place has a good atmosphere. It’s also not overly busy most of the time so the kids get a good run about.
A fantastic way to spend an hour entertaining and burning some energy off on your kids. A relatively inexpensive place to considering the size of the place and amount of things for kids to climb and explore. The car park is free to visitors of the venue just by submitting your VRN on the display just inside the front doors entrance.
Attended a birthday party with my 2 kids, so I wasn't paying, but compared to other places like this it was a good visit. Staff were very polite and well mannered, food was reasonably priced, very nice coffee. Party package 1hr play, pizza, chips and ice cream in a party room I believe was £7 per child which is good value. No queues for food and place was clean. Not too busy. Good time had by all.
Pros: the course is entertaining and a good size with lots of variety, and the staff on the course are friendly, and participate. Cons: the price is borderline extortionate, lockers are £2 and we were over charged on drinks, and were told by the manager the prices had increased, but the boards hadn't been updated. I'm sure there are trading standards rules about that...
Paid £54.95 for 5 kids and only got an hour. Is was on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy so i don't understand why they are strict with times. The gym was empty half the time. Not good value for money.
