   I have started using The Industry (Rich) again, after trying other barbers in town. I have had more comments on the quality of my haircut in my last 2 visits than I think I have ever had before! I’m not a confident person and often attend early for my cut, Rich is respectful of the fact that I often don’t chat (what do you talk about with your barber?). Excellent service from start to finish - 5 ⭐️isn’t enough!

   This morning I'd thought I'd pop into The Industry for a 10min beard trim. I didn't make an appointment and because the shop was empty of other customers, I thought they could could squeeze me in. No, the unsmiling manager (?) was quite rude and asked me to try again next week - eventhough all staff were free.

   Completely shocked by how bad the cut was. After reading all the good reviews, I decided to drop by for a simple trim before going on holiday. I showed the barber a picture of the haircut I wanted with some instructions, which was basically short back and sides, leaving the top long. But instead I got something entirely different. It was cut short all around, rushed and looked nothing like what was shown. One of the worse if not the worse haircut I've ever had. I got better haircuts from apprentices and my mom than from here. I was not charged for the haircut, the cut cannot be fixed and I certainly will not be returning.

   The Industry is a place where you can experience a cool and relaxed atmosphere. Rich, the barber who cut my hair, is a master at taming my ever increasing hair loss and made me feel awsome. My kids also got the best haircuts they've ever had, and Rich was patient and gentle with them despite their mischievous nature and excessive questions. Overall, the experience was a delight, and I highly recommend the Industry for a burst of great style and fun vibes.

   This afternoon I took my son to his regular barbers for a haircut as it was getting too long. Rhi is his usual barber but today we had rich cut my sons hair. Rich was professional and friendly while working even though my son was fidgeting more than normal. Price was £13.00 for a child's haircut was is reasonable and would reccomend to others. Thank you for your time and service.

   I hate having my hair cut, however I had a great time earlier today, didn't catch the ladies name who cut my hair but I know she is a Frenchie owner from Birmingham, she is amazing!!! Awesome cut, way better than I expected and I actually left a tip (don't normally) I highly recommend everyone go here for a cheeky chop off the top.
