   Absolutely fantastic customer service as I always get at this branch of toolstation. Jamie was a great help and happy to give advice and his opinion on one of my purchases. Great product knowledge from Jamie and from all the other staff when they serve me. 99% of items in stock but comes next day if not. I'm a trades person so rely on product availability and product advice when needed and you get both here. A big thankyou to all the staff at this branch, keep up the fantastic work... And for those not aware, there is a catalogue in store to browse through for your items you require so you can see various options or you can just ask at the counter. Same great customer service as you always receive there

The staff are helpful, cheerful and friendly, it's a pleasure to visit, can't recommend them enough. edit update - must be about a year on from that last comment, and it's still the best place to go for tools and hardware and all that stuff - and the staff are just as brilliant. Wouldn't go anywhere else

   Went in this evening for some cable & paint, the young lad on the counter (Calhoun) was extremely helpful, polite & gave me excellent customer service, considering it was just before they were closing he didn’t fail to have a welcoming smile & was happy to assist me with my queries & even offered to help me take the goods to my car. Thank you!

   After queuing up for 15 minutes and reaching to what I believed to be my turn in the queue, I was refused service as apparently click and collect customers are now more important than a customer coming to the door to buy something. Reading between the lines you will not get served as long as someoneelse is standing in the click and collect queue no matter how long you have been stood there. Lesson learnt, buy from local smaller companies who want and need your custom and if all else fails Amazon.
