   I was very impressed with the courteous and knowledgable young man who served me. It was a pleasant change not to be talked down to (a common experience for a greying older lady in generally male dominated environments like builders merchants, garages etc), but also given helpful advice and questions answered straightforwardly about the equipment. Well done Toolstation - a pleasant experience, staff at Nuneaton are a credit to your company (receipt says Luke F). Will be back.

   Having used the now closed Weddington branch happily for years I visited this store today having made a click and collect order. I went straight to the designated collection point only to be ignored while the two staff served four other customers two of whom came in after me.

   I visited the store for the first time with my elderly dad after a recommendation by my brother. Carl was absolutely amazing with helping my dad Purchase what he wanted. Carl was patient, attentive, helpful and very friendly. Will definitely be visiting the store again and recommending it to family and friends.    Ordered some tools late last night for click and collect. I was at this toolstation (Unit 11, The Bermuda trade center, Hamilton Way, Nuneaton CV10 7RA) 7:00AM Carl and Rhys were there happy to help. 5 minutes off m6 jct 3, nice and easy to get to loads of parking. Top marks. I'll be using this store again. Welldone!!!!!
