   Don’t buy from this company. They take your money and have no intention to send your order. They ignore your emails too. Had to instruct my bank to do a chargeback to get my money back. This company also trades under the name Essential Brands Ltd and Essential Shopping brands. Reply: Any company that gives myself bad service will get an honest and factual review on here…which is exactly what you deserve! You took my money and provided NO goods! I have had a refund now as I instructed my bank to instigate a chargeback as you sold an item and failed to supply the goods, and also ignored all of my emails asking where my order was. You need to improve your customer service and stop selling items you do not have, it is falsifying, or simply known as a scamming people. P.S. you replied to this review immediately yet you still haven’t replied to a single one of my emails……

   I had a damaged order back in March'20, which was the couriers doing. Due to Covid19 it was extremely difficult to get through to this company by telephone or email. I finally got through to a guy named Ket. He apologised and offered me a part refund as a goodwill gesture. He said it would talk a few days. I spoke to him a couple of times since March and he would just say he is too busy and has a lot of backlog. However 4 months has now gone by with many ignored emails and unable to get through on the phone. Now their website has been taken down and their email addresses are no longer valid. I understand Covid19 has been hard on companies, but giving false promises and not replying to customers for months on end, there is no excuse for. Terrible service.
