Ordered Alphonso Mangoes from them few days ago. Extremely rubbish quality. I had to throw around 8 out of 12 Mangoes as they were over ripe and unedible. I wanted to give Zero start if possible. Extremely disappointed!

Can anyone tell how to get refund for missing items from them? I had ordered yesterday got the parcel but have 5 veggies and 1 ghee missing from my shipment. Have been trying to contact them but they are neither picking phone nor replying to email. If someone can help me.. they owe me almost £30 and not responding
Update: Finally after 10 days, the team contacted me about the missing items and refunded the corresponding amount. Looks like there have been some mishaps due to management changes at their end. Assuming this to be a one off thing, I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 hoping that they would live upto their initial reputation of having a wonderful customer service once things settle down. Original Review: I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS FOR THEIR LATEST SERVICE BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE LEAST WE CAN GIVE IS 1 STAR. I started using Megacart since November 2020 and from then I have been a regular customer buying vegetables and other products from them every 2-3 weeks. Initially their customer service was exceptional. I even gave them a 5 star rating on trustpilot for how they handled my first few orders. But lately we have been seeing a lot of issues - either the goods sent were not fresh or some of the items we have ordered were missing. We received our latest order (Order # M3637) on 20th April 2022 and we were astonished to find out that a lot of items we have ordered were missing. Noone called us to let us know that some items are not available and if we wanted a replacement or refund (which they were doing before). I sent a message that same day just about an hour after receiving the delivery, letting them know that a bunch of items were missing. I haven't received a response even after 10 days. Tried emailing them but was unsuccessful in getting a reply. Tried calling them - call abruptly gets disconnected saying they don't have anyone available to take the call. I am hoping atleast this review would get their attention and prompt them to refund the money they owe us for not delivering the items that have been ordered. In the picture that has been added, we did not receive the items circled.
There are 4 items missing out of 9 items we ordered. Continuously trying to contact from last 4 days but their lines are always busy as no agent available to attend the call. Sent multiple emails and try to contact via whatsapp but they are not responding even after 4 days. No refund initiated for missing items yet. I have lost my money here. I also wanted to return item due to quality issues but not able to contact them. Very disappointing and awful service. Please resolve the issue ASAP. Thanks
Order vegetables and got the delivery as mentioned, but most of the vegetables were not fresh. Missing around 8 items of vegetables, even though not get any notification from them as items were not in stock. Sent an email for a complaint of missing items but still not a proper response. Lastly, got the refund for missing items but I was not happy with rest of the vegetables.
Excellent same day delivery in our post code. Very impressive. Easy to navigate the website and find the specific products. A very wide range of products, so plenty to choose from, can easily get carried away. Excellent customer service as willing to listen and resolve any issues. Recommended.
