Hi, I purchased a paratha packet from your shop one week ago, and I’ve noticed it has fungus on it—even though it was kept frozen. I’ve attached photos for your reference. We have been eating this brand of paratha for the last 8–9 years, and this is the first time we bought it from your shop. I purchased four packs that day, and unfortunately all of them have the same issue. I’ve also noticed that frozen items from your shop often don’t seem to be in good condition. Previously, I had bad experiences with a paneer box and idli batter, though I didn’t report it at the time. I am also not local to Leicester, which makes returning items difficult. These paratha packs are especially concerning because my kids usually prepare and eat them on their own. I kindly request that you have your freezer checked and ensure that products are stored and handled properly. Please avoid selling items that may pose a health risk. Thank you
Root Miller Superstore is good Grocery store with all types of home requirement. Always staff is supportive with great smile and own excellent service. Manger is well behaved with good knowledge. Owner also know the customer requirement and he fulfill with store stocks.
Went to Root millers for the first time went on a Saturday morning as was less busy. Parked at front which was ok. The store has a wide variety of Indian foods and have a good selection. The Gee had a good price compared to Falcon and I would say on a few items they are cheaper than Falcon. The store layout is isles are quite narrow. They don’t have much fresh sabji. I will most definitely visit again would be great if they can update offers on the website regularly.
Good place to buy lots of Indian food items. Also they have newly opened food stall outside their shop

Quite good changes on shop floor interesting but price compare to other Asian shops is bit higher.
Cleanliness is an issue here, no restocking and the products kept in reduced are stingy yet they keep in on the shelves/ racks.
Happy to see one more Indian store in Leicester, having a decent range of products.You can save money when you use one+one offer. I walk down to the store for the second time, I feel the vegitables price are bit less when compared to other Indian stores. The freezers are small when compared to the Falcon, even the dairy products are less. But I can say it's a decent store.
