   Today I decided for the first time to cut my nails in the salon however I had refusal from them saying they don't serve the men.I replied to them it was a racism.A member of staff - a male started shouting what was my problem, he run for me outside so I had to hide back in my car. He shouted agressively he knew where I live, tried to open my car car by pulling handle and hit the window twice. Incident was reported to the police. I don't recommend to anyone.

   Rude service. Especially the guy, when I asked about the price for my nails, specific nails. The answer was a price starting from £25 and take a seat . It would probably end up being £30-40. No answer, bad communication and no respect for my own money. They probably have too much money. They're in over their heads. I read opinions and didn’t believe but now I know on my own.

   I decided to write a review after reading others. I have been going to Glamorous nails for years and never before had an issue with the staff or my nails. I asked for my usual (almond french tip). I told the man i wanted my nails short due to my job but not to short so i could have almond shape. He decided to cut them ridiculously short before i could say anything, (they normally show you how much there going to take off before they actually cut them). He then immediately told me i cant have almond shape. He had only cut the pinky nail tip, so when i said i really wanted almond it was easily fixable. He ignored me and conditioned to do my nails. At this point his old attitude and treatment towards me had changed, he began being really rough with my nails & pulling my fingers. NEVER has he been like this to me before! He just didn’t like the fact i spoke up about them being to short. I felt so uncomfortable i wanted to just pay for what he had done so far and leave. I was on the verge of tears. To top it off my nails were wonky, different lengths and the paint job was awful. I was in there for less than 30 minutes before they moved on to the next customer. It all felt extremely rushed. I normally get charged £35 for my nails here (french tip) but when i went to pay he angrily told me it would be £40 today… Like everyone else i tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but after reading some reviews i think you should just go somewhere else. They may have increased there prices but his attitude sucked and noone should be treated like that ever.

   Great nails. However, their treatment of customers is so poor. The man in there is incredibly rude. I asked him to correct a set he was doing for me and he raised his voice and swore at me. Absolutely disgusting treatment and not one apology. The same treatment was done towards an older lady who they ended up having to give a discount to due to how rude he was. He needs to go!!!

   Very friendly staff, not too talkative but the atmosphere was still nice, the man doing the nails was very gentle and precise, if you want to do simple designs I highly recommend
