   Got my nails done today it took 3 hours to have them done.they are very messy on some of them and the man who done them cut me 4 times instead of addressing the issue and helping he carried on filing the side of my fingers also when I’d flinch away he’d complain I was moving.ive went to multiple nail shops in Barry and have never been cut this much in one sitting and after all that i had to pay £65.definitely won’t be going back I understand what I wanted was difficult but being rude and rough was uncalled for

   I’ve almost been going here for a year and I’ve never once had a problem not only is customer service here amazing but everyone working here clearly is trained very well in nails. I’ve always been happy with my nails here if you are ever looking for a nail place to go regular, I would definitely recommend here.

   Very rude and uncouth staff. I hardly leave review but for this I will. They are so unprofessional, very rude when they are talking and will keep talking on you in their language, no aota of professionalism or respect. They act in a very questionable manners and I wonder why they still have so many customers because I will never go there again, not with the disrespect for a service I paid in full. From entering to leaving the place I was traumatised by the experience I had there, the lady doing my nails was very rough and will not communicate with me rather she will angrily move my fingers around. They need to learn about good customer service. Hopefully they will take advice and change but for now they just lost a customer.

   These guys used to be so good but they’re awful now. 12 o’clock appointment for infills. By 1250, all they’d done was file my nails then left me alone. Sat alone for well over an hour before they came back and finally finished them. Took 2.5 hours in total, and my nails are messy and rushed and look awful. Because it took so long, I didn’t have time to dispute them because I had to do the school run then go to work. Now I’ll have to pay again for a different place to fix them. There was a girl next to me who’d also sat there for two hours, and all they’d done was put the tips on then left her alone. All this time, they’re allowing more and more walk ins to sit and wait. I’ll never use these again. Save your money and go elsewhere. Terrible service.

   Had used them twice before and it was convenient and the service was ok. Went for an infill on my fingers and toes before holiday. I had booked in and was left waiting for 40 minutes. My toes were a mess, the colour changed and the lady who did them didn’t infill. She drilled a small amount of the colour off and went over it with a different colour. I asked if they could be done again as they had bubbled under the UV. The man in charge, started shouting at me when I explained they were bad. Regardless, the woman did them again, and they were no different. Meanwhile, my infill was done by his wife and was so rushed. I had been there for over two hours at this point and had another appointment. My nails looked like they had been done by a five year old. During this whole process, there was a woman complaining behind me about her daughters nails and was spoken to by the staff like absolute rubbish. It was really hard to listen to, and they were making her and her daughter wait although it was their mistake. After paying £60, I walked out into daylight and realised just how bad they were. As I was leaving the next morning for my flight, I contacted the business owner and asked for a refund. He told me they don’t do refunds and demanded I go in for them to be fixed. Even though I’d given them nearly three hours in total the night before and didn’t have time, he still spoke to me like I was something he had stepped in. They’ve been reported to trading standards as quite frankly I don’t know how they even have any customers. Absolutely disgusting service and will never ever be back, do not waste your time or money.

   Lovely experience - staff were friendly and encouraging when it came to making decisions and I felt comfortable the whole time. I only went for something simple but found that the staff created a positive atmosphere for my whole appointment!

   My happy place, mum and I go every 4 weeks . Tea does ours but David, Sandy and Lyn are great too. We love this place. Always get comments about how thin the acrylic is.
