Me and my mum came in to get our nails done and we were both really happy with the results. Kevin did my mum’s nails (red with a pattern) and they looked amazing — very neat and professional. The same lady who always does my nails did them again and, as always, I’m very happy. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Great place for a fresh set, never had my nails done this perfect
I’ve been here a few times and always get the same simple service; BIAB on short nails with coffin edges. Somehow, today was the worst it has ever been. The pedicure was so uneven I had to redo parts of it myself when I got home. Then, when doing my BIAB, the technician cut my nails to the length I wanted but completely ignored the shape I asked for and rounded every edge. I had to ask for the sharper coffin edges again, which meant she had to file them down even more, leaving my nails shorter than I wanted to begin with. On top of that, the BIAB was applied far too thick, and I had to point that out as well. The most frustrating part is that the product wasn’t even taken to the edges of my nails, so they already look like they’re a week grown out, immediately after the appointment. I felt like I had to constantly correct things during both BIAB nails and gel toes, and by the end I just stopped bothering because I’d already been sitting there for an hour and forty-five minutes. I left disappointed, annoyed, and honestly exhausted. I won’t be returning.
Best BIAB and pedicure I’ve had. Quick, efficient service, thin layers of gel (no thick gel nails) and no hanging about wasting my time. I always leave happy (and I’ve tried many nail salons over the years). Very good.
Wasn’t told the card machine wasn’t working prior and the man had the audacity to say “only cash” like I was a first time customer. Had to walk all over town to find an atm . Poor customer service trust the low rating
I will never use this place again which is a shame as I am a regular customer, wasted hours of my time sitting around to be seen too, what’s the point of having an appointment if you're still having to wait ages until you’re seen too like you have nothing else better to do, so unprofessional and 0 communication! Left feeling so angry!
I am a regular customer, but wasn’t happy with the service I received last time I went there. I had a design on my nail and a bit of paint must’ve smugged off the males hand onto my nail. After he put it under the light I noticed it and told him about it. His reply was it’s too late as it’s already dry and he couldn’t fix it. After having my nails and toes done paying £85 for the service I would’ve expected a little bit better for his reply. Think it’s time to try a different nail shop.
I really wanted to give this place a chance but unfortunately I won’t be going back after using them for over 6 months. The service you get is hit or miss. There were times when I loved my nails (hence 3 stars) and there were times when I really didn’t. If you’re unhappy with your nails, they simply aren’t willing to rectify it.They just look at you like it’s your fault. If you go back after a couple of days with a chipped nail which is probably their fault, they expect you to pay to fix the repair. The customer service is the main issue here. The staff are friendly until you complain about something then they have a whole new attitude and will not offer a resolution. You can get nice nails from this shop, but it’ll all depend on who does them I suppose and be ready to be ignored and mocked if you’re not happy with their service. They’ve lost a customer in me even though I was a regular. I only ever did the same type of nails every time so you would think there would be some consistency but that wasn’t my experience at all!
