   Gave brief Friday for a small lifestyle kitchen, was told l should have a design and costing by Monday, didn’t receive a thing, chased on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and Bally hadn’t even done a thing or handed to a colleague and they then couldn’t give me a date when l would have it! How am l supposed to buy a kitchen without a design or quote, ludicrous and infuriating. Very blasé can’t be bothered attitude, very disappointed will not be going here. Worst see ever!

   Ordered products from Wickes. Some products were delivered others were not. I only noticed these product were not delivered on the delivery note. No email was sent after to rearrange, no email was sent before hand to say it was out of stock. I contacted on their website asking where it was. Took 3 days to reply to a simple message. But they didn't reply, they called me out the blue, no time was arranged for the call. I then call back to rearrange a redelivery a week later. But again they tell me the driver will call to arrange a delivery slot. So Wickes I should keep my phone at the side of me in case any time during the next week you might call me? Clueless to the needs of customers and businesses.

   We had our kitchen done with Wickes with no issues. Our bathroom however has been a disaster. The team clearly wanted a 2 week job to just take 1 week before Christmas. They did a shoddy job and the tiles started cracking after 18 months. We had to wait 18 months before a Wickes installer came to try and fix it but he discovered what he described a bodged job and left us with no functioning shower. This has gone on for a month and we still don't have a date for it to be rectified. This is the only shower in the house. After 40 emails we agreed that it would be quicker for wickes to pay us so we can sort it out independently. We got 2 independent quotes but of course Wickes ignore these and only offer half the amount... Joke of a company with no interest in customer care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

   Purchased two kitchens now from Wickes Warwick and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Great service and support from David Hale in store. The kitchens are high quality with fast delivery and competitively priced.

   Don't visit if you are looking at bathrooms as there is a very poor bathroom display here. Great for kitchens by the way - lots to look at. We've visited several large normal Wickes and they've had exactly the same bathroom stuff on display if not a little more. Normal Wickes also have the benefit of tiles, taps, showers etc neither of which is on show here for bathrooms. We travelled here from Tamworth and felt very disappointed. As mentioned above, there's loads on display for kitchens and if it was a kitchen we were looking for then we would visit here.

   Bad experience with this store on kitchen purchase -incompetence from store management team ,incorrect information and sterile customer service and unprofessional designer and buck passing to the customer from the store manager . Don’t use them . I speak about the Warwick branch -other branches may have a more competent personnel .

   No idea why people moan about the fact that this is not a building supply shop. If they perhaps check online first then they can avoid disappointment. Not every shop can serve needs of all, or not? I have had a great experience with the staff, nice and polite, professional.

   Poor customer service from Wickes Leamington Spa wanted quotes from them for my kitchen and bathroom so was offering them a lot of work. twice they got my appointment times wrong. first time I accommodated them even though it was inconvenient to me but then when i went into store for my second appt they had got that wrong too. How can you trust them to do a good job when they cant even get appointment times right? Manager in the sotre didnt seem bothered and no follow up phone call to apologise from the sales guy either. I would avoid them. Will now give this business elsewhere
