   Terrible service, was supposed to have builder gel on my finger nails, didn't get what I asked for, nail polish came off and broke my natural nails. when I went back to complain the owner blamed myself for what happened and didn't take accountability. Will not be going back here agin and wouldn't recommend anyone to go here.

   Sam's nail salon is the real deal! From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Both her and Lee welcomed me warmly, offering a drink and making me feel right at home. Lisa worked wonders on my nails! I showed her a pic, and she totally nailed it—better than I could've imagined! The vibe is chill, the place is spotless, and the whole experience was just awesome. For perfect nails and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be!

   Lovely nail-shop all staff are always so friendly been there 3 times now and each time I’ve left with a gorgeous set of nails at a very reasonable price. Most recent set (purple) done by the lovely Anna, she’s very precise and does a great job, also loves to chat which makes it all more enjoyable.

   Had my nails done and within a week they had snapped off. Poor quality and definitely not worth the money I paid. Will not be returning back!!

   Terrible service and staff dont wast your money! I got my nails done, for £30 and two days later the colour had completely faded and the colour had gone see through and you could see my nail underneath. I went in a week later Explaining what had happened and the woman by the counter was rude and was shouting at me whilst I was talking to her calmly explain the situation. She kept on shouting at me telling me ‘well you shouldn’t be sunbathing and makeup can cause the colour to fade’- although I hadn’t been on holiday and there was no sun at all that weekend. And the only makeup I ware is mascara!? She kept on shouting at me saying ‘ going away on holiday will affect the colour‘ and kept on repeating herself and talking over me whilst I was only explaining that I’m not happy with paying £30 for nails to last two days and that it isn’t fair on other customers. I told her that they should have told me this before doing my nails as they “knew it was gonna happen” Please don’t go to the salon and waste your money for nails which doesn’t last. Whilst I was having them done I also asked for rounded and they gave me square although I asked twice and there wasn’t any nail varnish on the edges of my nails. Not happy with the service at all and they should change their policy and attitude to make customers happy instead of making profit. Dont even deserve one star.

   Went in for a spontaneous manicure due to the good prices (£15 for shellac) and the friendliness of the man outside. We went in and he was lovely and conversed with us the entire time. He gave great service! Made sure we were happy and only charged me £3 extra for art! The art is also great. I will definitely be returning providing the shellac stays on.

   I went to lovely nails to have a full set of acrylics and gel colour and I was sat in there for nearly 3 hours in total. 11/2 hours waiting to have them done which was not a problem. I had the set of acrylic nails done and had to ask the man several times to sort them out as they where wonky all different lengths and extremely long despite me asking him to shorten them twice. After he sorted them out to look semi okay he painted them with a black gel colour which he made an absolute mess off it was all lumpy/thick and he had put so much on it was all over my hand and had run all underneath the nails I asked him to clean them up as they where a mess which he did not do properly I put my hands under the lamps to dry and must have put them in and out at least 10 times each hand maybe more as they would not set or dry. At this point I wanted to get out as I’d had enough. I walked out the shop down the road and decided to go back as I was not happy at all which then I waited a further 40 mins to have them sorted out which they did in all fairness however they where sorted and 8 days later the gel polish was all peeling off so I went back and they said there is nothing we can do we cannot guarantee Anything so I had to go and have them done again after not even 2 weeks in a different shop and they have not chipped and have lasted nearly 4 weeks Worst nails I have ever had done !!
