   Amazing service. My go to place to get my nails done. Both staff members are always patience and lovely. My nails always last and never break. Recently I injured one of my nails. I needed them to take the colour off one of them, just so I could see the damage. They did it for free and didn’t want any type of payment. Edit * just had them done again and I am very pleased. I only asked for one design and colour. She made my nails even better with extra glitter and designs. Edit * just had my Christmas / birthday nails done. Probably my favourite set of nails I’ve ever had done. Showed them what design I wanted and let them do whatever was best. They were so reasonable priced as well I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

   This is the 2nd time I have been there and both times fitted me in the same day which was great The 1st time did exactly what I asked for an worth the money but this time I left sadly disappointed as I asked for the same again and did not get it I even questioned what they was doing and pointed out the stuff that was used last time to be told that what they was doing was the same. I always have acrylic but call it gel overlay so when he pulled out the bottle of nail gel I said it's not this I had and pointed to what I had last time to which I was told it's ok the gel will do the same. They continued with my nails and when finished I again told them I wasnt happy and that what I have done to my nails keep them strong so when I finally got through she said I will take it off and do again which by this time I had no time left and was still charged for what I didnt want and was told to rebook again to have done what I was suppose too. My nails are weak and are bending already and very shape at the ends as the gel polish ( which is what I have found out the used in clear ) will not support my nails so by the time I get another appointment due to work commitments they will have snapped or split WILL NOT BE RETURNING due to them not listening to me even when I tried to stop it and explain before they did it

   I went to this place whilst staying with my boyfriend. At first I thought everything was fine until I saw the the nails were all different lengths and now having them for for a little they’re snapping off and taking my actual nails with them now I know how to take care of acrylic nails and I’ve had them for years but these are awful, awful quality and awfully applied. Don’t go here at all
