Update 2025 New boss who is very friendly bless her (and really pretty) the prices have gone down an awful lot which is good And the staff are actually speaking to you and not ignoring you which is great From customer perspective this has improved massively since 2020-2023 Well done will be returning

Shop here all the time and the staff are brilliant... but there is a new person just joined the staff and she's not nice.. on the phone all the time and doesn't even look up when the door bell rings that someone has entered the shop. So now the owners have gotten rid of the lovely female staff there and I've decided to not use the shop now until they're back because the blokes there are not helpful and I don't feel welcome with them serving.

Probably the most complete European shop in the area! It has almost every product here all the times. Good costumer service. Shop is small but packed from fresh produce to tinned products!

  2. Tom Marriott ★★★★☆

A very good Polish shop serving the eastern European community (and others). Staff are lovely if you choose to engage with them. They have a very wide range of produce considering how small the shop is. Not suitable for wheelchairs or anyone with mobility issues, as the aisles are very narrow and often partly blocked by stock on the floor. Their beer is, however, very much more expensive than many other local Polish shops.

  3. Lancelot Sullen ★★★★☆

Excellent quality Polish food, including superb meats and cheeses. Very good prices.

UPDATE: Since I made the report below five months ago the shop has been fitted-out and has now opened for business (since November 2018). This supermarket has not been opened as its application for a drinks licence has been refused by Leicester City Council's Licensing Authority (because of problems concerning the applicant's previous history according to the Leicester Mercury's report of the hearing) so it has been left unfinished and incomplete, unoccupied and with the shutter partly down. What will happen next is unclear.
